Q. Discount Code?
A valid discount code inserted before check out will entitle you to a discount of 10% off the value of the order.

Q. Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to Hong Kong. If you are based elsewhere, please send us an email at info@4dhealth.co. We are always on the lookout for new markets.

Q. How much is shipping?
We ship an order by S.F. Express. For an order of a value under HK$800, we charge a flat shipping fee of HK$100. For an order of a value over HK$800, shipping is free.

Q. Do I need to create an account before placing an order?
A membership account is not mandatorily required, however, by creating an account, your personal information will be saved securely, for a faster, more convenient experience at checkout.

Q. How can I create a membership account?
You can register by clicking "Create A Membership Account" in the homepage.

Q. Can I share my membership account with anyone else?
Our membership is unique to each individual customer and cannot be shared with anyone else. Your registered payment details must be in the same name as your membership account information.

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept method payment by the options listed below:

Q. Can I add additional items to my submitted order?
Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items to it. In alternative, you may submit a new order for additional items.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
Order cannot be cancelled.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
